Fast and friendly staff.
Wish they had a warm welcoming coffee fulled waiting room, somewhere to sit and do other work while I wait.

The Manager, Ian, was very helpful. Ian explained what needed to be done to my car in a simple manner. Service was courteous and timely.

Within 3 weeks of getting new tires, we got a non-repairable puncture in one of the tires. Incredibly, we got it replaced for free under mycar's "12 month road hazard warranty". I know it's built-in to the cost of the original tyre purchase, but when something like this happens, boy is it so good, making the purchase from mycar even better value.

I was given a set quote to have some work done on my car. I dropped my car of and was told that I more than like had to pay almost double than the quote 😕.....
why can't the manger of the place be honest and give a quote on EVERYTHING involved in the repair? (making sure there worst scenario is covered) and then, if the worst outcome isn't realised, the customer has REDUCED costs. No wonder mechanics have such a less than good reputation 😡

My car was checked on the spot, problem identified, part ordered, I was promptly contacted when it was in, and repair was organised same day.

people were friendly and helpfull. However when doing a rego check ,was informed that car needed new tyres. Instead of offering new tyres and getting it done.I was told to get new tyres else where and then return to finalise rego?

So friendly and accomodating. Really good communication. Will defiantly go back for future services.

The team kept me updated on the happenings of the car and managed my expectations.

Had a tyre issue with run flats. Ordered the tyres and got them replaced in 48 hrs.

Ian was wonderful, prompt and honest while repairing my tyre and didn’t try to upsell products.

Unlike BYD Service Centres, MyCar are actually available on a sensible lead time to perform service work. Work performed promptly and thoroughly, software updated, etc. Happy to use this outlet for all future BYD service work.

Being there to fit in an urgent service when other service centres couldn't (BYD). Being clear about how long it would take and what work was done. All great.

Easy process, I like that you can book online. Easy drop off and professional service.

Why book a time for replacing tyres when the business cannot adhere to the booking, 2 hours to change tyres. Should have gone to Bob Jane, tried this business for the first and last time
