Excellent customer service and top mechanic.
Excellent customer service, and price match my tyres. The mechanic who worked on my car was top notch. Perfect wheel alignment and service, made sure everything was safe.

Awesome service
The guys here were great, I accidentally went to the Figtree store for an online booking & called them to see if I needed to rebook or could go straight there, even though it meant I'd be late on a Saturday they were understanding & good about it.
Great customer service, car was done well within the timeframe & good price for services rendered.

Oil over filled
Oil over filled, tyres over inflated.
Had to take vehicle back and request oil be removed. Manger at site agreed at was over filled.

Incorrectly failing tire checks to get more sales
The person doing the Pink slip check does not know the rules. He needs to be retrained before doing incorrect tire diagnosis. Failing a tire so he can get more tire sales. Never ever returning to this company.
