Had a RACV tow to My Car Windsor as car was struggling to accelerate to 80 kms. Something to do with the ignition. Problem was resolved.

I booked in for a standard 249 dollar…
I booked in for a standard 249 dollar service. When I vent into the office I was presented for at 399 dollar service to sign which I said 'no thank you' to. When I got the call back after the service he said that it needed some minor fixes which I agreed to, then he said I could pick it up around midday. I arrived at 2pm and the car was not ready, he then said he'd never said it was ready that time. Not acceptable. I then cancelled the rest of the fixes just to take my car elsewhere. I later on figured out that he overpriced the fixes (that I cancelled). Don't go there if you appreciate service and trustworthy people.

Kenny & staff looked after me well. Recommended Continental to replace the Bridgestone R/Fs on my BMW 440i convertible. A great Black Friday price in Nov 25 with fitting delayed until Mid Jan 26. Thanks team.

When I had a flat tyre that couldn't be fixed, I had forgotten that my tyres were under still Warranty, so rather than not let me know and expect me to buy a new one they said: no charge!!! Amazing

Long overdue service sorted
My car service was 5000kms overdue, and Christmas was rapidly approaching, but I managed to sneak in this much needed service the day before Christmas! These people were busy with a capital B, but remained cheerful, helpful, and had my car back on the road by lunchtime. Very happy with the service provided, and the positive vibe given by staff.

More efficient and cost effective than going with a Dealer Service area.
Easy to request a quote for the work, efficient booking process, work performed to an excellent standard and inline with quote and people were friendly and easy to deal with. Great experience.

Always looked after well
I was looked after well as always. Service completed and I was informes of a couple of pending repairs required and best time frame to complete. Battery and wiper blades indicated requiring replacement were done as i waited on collection. Saving a return trip at a later time. Have been using this lication for about 15 years. I called in because I'd got a bolt in…
I called in because I'd got a bolt in my tyre. Windsor store was flat out but they organised to put my spare tyre on and too the damaged tyre and repaired, I went back the next day and they fitted the repaired tyre. The staff were amazing, friendly and nothing was too hard. I'll go back there again. Great customer service
