Great communication; quick service. Kept me extremely well informed.

Friendly, good service, been going to them for a number of years.
Would prefer a written condition report of service.
The Roadside Assist offered is good at $40

They honored their tyre replacement policy without hesitation or trouble.

The team were polite and helpful. The work that they've done was good. The only issue was that I faced dirty car windows as the result of the service. Other car services provide free wash and vacuum with basic car service.

Great service, friendly and reliable staff, and good value for money.

I took my car in to have a headlight changed. The staff member who took the booking was kind and professional and had me booked in the following day. The staff at MyCar West Perth were friendly and did a great job, and communicated with me through text when my car was ready to be picked up.

My headlight issue was fixed quickly, great customer service from the staff member who served me and I was happy with the cost.

I write to inform of a disappointing experience on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at MyCar West Perth.

Having dropped off my vehicle for service at about 8am, I received a text at 11:18am that the work had been completed.

When I arrived to collect my vehicle, I was provided with a quote for works that had been identified as necessary. I enquired as to whether those works could wait until the next service, and I was told words to the effect that the items were urgent and should be attended to as soon as possible, and that the West Perth team did not have time to do those works that day.

I was disappointed that I was not informed of these issues during the service, nor was I given the option of my vehicle being retained overnight so the issues could be attended to when the team had capacity.

Had my car serviced here and received good advice on what else was outstanding and was in what order I should get it done, if I couldn't afford it all at once.

Staff were quick, honest and clear on work required on vehicle. Car drives really well on return.

Great service and customer care. Everything done on my car was well explained and detailed. My car was well looked after. I've been using Mycar services for years and will continue to do so. I have peace of mind that my car stays in great condition. Thank you for your great work!

Went for an 86 point check, they've tried to quote me over $5k for work that doesn't need to be done.
I've used two separate mechanics who have said that mycar is trying to rip me off and that the work isn't necessary.

Great timely service and value for money.
