Good service and all done on time every time .

As always, professional service and friendly staff.

The service was effective, efficient and your team pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was also impressed at their willingness to listen and advise on a noise in the vehicle for no extra charge. Essentially it was a dealer issue.

Also, the mechanic I took my vehicle to a month earlier failed to identify the very poor state of my tyres. My friend subsequently spotted them and your team confirmed they were a safety issue.

Appreciate the April sale on tyre, too.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I booked my car in for a service but when I went to collect my car I was informed nothing was done except for an oil filter change because I had booked before a public holiday. Had I been informed this would be a problem I would not have booked. Several things need to be done to my car apparently for which I am still waiting for a quote. I have emailed and called for this quote but can't raise anyone's attention! I feel very aggrieved that I have paid $229 essentially for not much. I would like someone to please contact me and provide me with the quote I was promised. Thank you, Justine Oxley

I made a booking via a call to the centre and when I showed up they didn't have my booking. Fortunately they managed to fit me in. Otherwise would've been a 5 star rating.

I went by appointment to have my old Nissan N16 sedan's front wheels brake pads replaced as the brakes were squealing a lot; but they were short on staff that day; so, the manager (an experienced professional as well, as I could see) did it himself so that I wouldn't wait an hour and a half; after about 20 minutes the job was completed, and I was free to go; What a quick service I must say!
In addition to that, they were clear on costs (I paid the advertised amount of $229.00), they were professional in their dealing with me and, all in all, I can say that I am very satisfied of the service I have received and they surely have gained a new Client; I will surely recommend them to family and friends.
