Repaired the tyre puncture and also fixed my charging port issue quickly. Thanks team for the quick fix.

My father passed recently and he did all the organising for maintenance on the car for mum, and his ,last month mum had 2 flat tyres in a week, she wasn't sure where to go or what to do, I suggested mycar in Werribee so she can drop it off and stay at the shops until finished, the tyre prices were fair and the service was excellent, we also had a standard service done and were given a quote on other things needed attention to, we said we would think about it before going ahead, mum was unwell for a bit afterwards so we hadn't had a chance to decide but 6 weeks later we decided to go ahead with the other maintenance, even though the original quote was expired, they quoted a new price and kept it the same, so grateful to the team, wish I remembered all of your names, but thankyou so much to all of you at mycar Werribee

Friendly staff and very helpful but did miss the grease leaking ball joints on the front of the car.

The insurance company declined the quote.
The diagnosis was not accurate
The rates were tooo high
I took the car to other auto n tyre
Their diagnosis was different atleast by 50%
And rates cheaper for the same few items.
So, ended up getting my volkswagan multivan fixed at other place.
This feedback I am giving only on your request on a good note.
So that your franchises improve your services and bring your prices reasonably down

As always the service was done in a timely matter and what needed to be done explained to me

My wife contacted MyCar at 4.10pm Tuesday to book an appointment for Thursday as my van was leaking window washer fluid. The guy insisted no need to make an appointment and to bring it in Thursday morning. Bring the van in Thursday morning after doing the morning drop off with the kids - guy behind the counter stated not possible without an appointment, pushing me to book for Friday even after telling him that the person on the phone Tuesday said no appointment necessary. Absolutely appalling - would have given zero stars if possible. Guy wasn’t empathetic - just kept chewing his gum and looking at the computer like I had wasted his time. Won’t be back.

Took a few days but all good now. Staff are friendly.

Was told throughout the process what needed to be done and given call once the call was ready.

Great service

I booked online and made full payment in advance but still I was charged $40 saying that you paid $40 less. It's ridiculous, I do not have an option of part payment while paying online then how can I pay less and I have online payment receipt which shows I have paid full amount.
