They do a thorough job, checking out all of my concerns, explaining the details of the issues that they find and outlining the charges and process clearly. They obviously have the highest integrity and service ethic. I am confident in their work and would recommend these guys to anyone.

The young man who helped me was very polite, so open to explain everything needed for the car in a way I understood. Customer service was astounding. I felt safe and well respected as a customer and drove away very happy with the new tyres, and very happy to recommend and return for a service and further repairs. Trust factor extremely high- Big thank you.

The staff were immensely helpful when I suffered a flat tyre in the nearby shopping centre, coming to check how flat the tyre was and advising me that I could drive it over to the garage for repairs. Plus the repair was covered under warranty.

The guys at mycar wendouree always look after a clueless car owner like me. They tell you exactly what you need and when, also have always gone above and beyond if I dropped in with an issue. Their customer service is second to none and I know I can trust them with anything that needs doing and won’t be ripped off. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had arranged to drop my car off at 9:00 for 4 tires to be fitted. This was done quickly and I received notification when the task was completed. Thanks

I had a breakdown a few days before a scheduled service - Heater Coil blew, so car was undrivable. I rang the store manager - Marcus and he suggested getting the car picked up by RACV and dropped to the Wendouree workshop and he added bypassing the heating coil to get me back on the road promptly, as a replacement is a large task.

Value for money, efficient and helpful

My first dealing with these guys was tyres, this time was service. Both times were so easy to book & they delivered with great service.
I will be dealing with these guys in the future
