Price was good
Price was good, service from staff was great. Quality of job was poor.
I had 4 new tyres fitted. When I picked up the vehicle the wheels were very very dirty with a series of marks (from sealant) and scuffs that were not present when I dropped the car off. The team subsequently cleaned the wheel (something I would expect as part of the job) and most of the marks have been removed. Subsequently the TPMS on the car alerted me to low tyre pressures, I checked and they were different on all four tyres and 3-6PSI lower than recommended. I would think twice before returning.

Honest discussion about the car and warning of an expensive future service in 12 months time. I appreciate being alerted to this.
The service person talked to me reasonably with no assumption that I wouldn’t understand. (A rare occurrence for a woman in my age group).
