The ease of arranging the replacement…
The ease of arranging the replacement tyres. Also the advice on what else needs attention on a car that is 15 years was very helpful. All 3 of my cars are serviced here and it has always been excellent dealing with all the staff.

Comprehensive service and offer
Easy to search for tyres , make booking and felt the service offered was better than most ( extra inclusions) . Information on website easy to follow
Tyres fitted on booked date and good reception service where options explained
30 day satisfaction period explained plus lifetime puncture repair included
Have yet to do much driving on new tyres but they look good (mycar brand)!

Need customer service lessons
Had a good experience with employee who scanned my car , informed me that he would get a quote for repair , unfortunately he didn’t say it would take 2-3 working days to get the quote so when I called on the 6/2 to see if quote was there the phone was answered by an extremely rude member of staff who informed me that ‘quotes take days to come and there are other places to take my car ‘
It was good advice because my car has been repaired and is back on the road while I’m still waiting for the quote !!
