Prompt service. Good communication.

Prior to service we asked to have headlight fixed, we were called that car was ready to pick up about 2pm, and on pickup said he didn't have time to do the headlight today, and would need to rebook with 2hrs Labor, even though it was mid afternoon. Also was unclear about a tailgate locking solution which was raised at beginning of day. It was an $830 service. Will be taking it elsewhere for these repairs now

I first came to My Car Warragul a few months ago to have my brakes fixed. The team were so friendly, efficient and professional. I was impressed. When it came time for my service, I didn't hesitate to phone them and book it in. Again their professionalism and customer service were excellent. I want my car in the hands of a trustworthy team.

Put my car in for its service again it was due to get back brakes done as discussed last time , totally not happy as I was not told I had to give them a 2 day notice to get parts in and every time I keep taking my car back I seem to have more expenses added to the list always around the 800 plus my service cost I am on disability payments so just under 500 for service and a filter and whipper blades on the front , then quoted just under $800 for my back brakes when I can get them done before 6month time , I 2nd guessing if I should be going back so hard to find a good mechanic anymore
