Murray and his team at the Wangaratta store look after my vehicle and I can’t fault the service provided…knowledgeable friendly staff along with great prices and advice . Highly recommend them !

I got a flat tyre in the car park and the RACV pumped it up and suggested I go around the corner to the Kmart Tyre place. I was not from the town and had my child with me. I was attended quickly, sent off for a short time and was called with the price then back in ten minutes. I couldn’t rate this service or the person I dealt with higher. It made a crappy day much easier and so appreciated.

I was charged $100 for Cleaning my front lights that are still not clean. Felt uncomfortable when dropping car off as I was in the wrong spot. Instead of politely coming out he was yelling out from behind the desk pointing. Would be great if you had the service to drop people at work.

Murray and the team were great. They were responsive and communicated very well with me. They explained to me what needed to be done and are trustworthy and efficient. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

The price was right, the service was prompt and the staff friendly and courteous.

Got the job done on time. I make the following comment. The vehicle was a Ute with the front and back tyres in different condition thus I was only replacing the rear tyres only. I asked the person at the desk, after the job was complete, what wears faster the front or rear. He told me the front. When I booked the vehicle in he missed and oportunity to offer to put the new rear tyes on the front for me and swap the front to the rear. When doing this he could have inspected the front and advised me if I needed a wheel alignment. If so myCar would have got more business.
This doesen't distract from the fact he was very helpful.

Your service team at the Wangaratta site were excellent and very helpful.
They had great advice in answering my question.
We are now taking both our cars to Mycar in Wangaratta.
