Took my car in for a log book service and rego check. Was told I needed new windscreen wipers to pass rego check, which I thought was strange as I had only had them replaced at the same centre a few months earlier. I was told it was my fault that the wipers had worn so much and that they don't carry any warranty so I would have to pay them again to replace them or fail the rego check. I'm sure this new pair will be just as faulty as the last. Will not be returning.

One of the male staff members was condescending and rude when I made a comment about older cars not having the same type of light that my newer vehicle has. I was already in a vulnerable state after being told my car would not pass a roadworthy due to a singular light failure which was only a daytime running light and not essential safety lighting.

I have been to the Wallsend outlet twice in 6 months for our two cars . Their service has been excellent and I have found my new favourite tyre and service centre.

I would like to sincerely thank the two young gentlemen at the Wallsend NSW branch that were working on New Years Eve 2023. I needed a screw removed from my tyre urgently as I was driving back to Brisbane from Newcastle the following morning. Not only did they keep the store open to repair my tyre, they gave amazing service & service with a smile. Nothing was too much for them. When I return to Newcastle I will most certainly be using these guys & I have also recommended them to my family & friends in Newcastle. Thank you so much. It was truly appreciated.

Was looking for a specific bulb which two servos didn’t have. Went into My car Wallsend and the manager knew straight away they had one and gave it to me very promptly. Brilliant customer service! Strongly recommended !

Called in to Mycar Tyre & Auto on Saturday morning searching for globes for my car (reversing, blinker & parking light bulbs).The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful, even to the extent of telling me how to get the rear light assembly out of the car to replace the globes. If this is the service he gives to all his customers I would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

They were on time, honest from the start and told me if it is something simple, they won't charge and they didn't. The work was done well. Can't remember an exact date as it was last year, thankfully still the Tyre works well. Thank you.
