Very good service. Fixed all the problems. I have serviced from My car at other places. But this one is the best.

Michael was flexible about the work required. He also gave a detailed presentation on tyre options, which I appreciated. My truck should last with regular servicing.

Very quick service and took great care of me

I went this morning to have my headlight Parker globe changed there was a very nice man that was very kind and helpful. He changed my globe straight away without any hesitation I would definitely recommend if you have any questions or concerns about your car I would recommend taking it there.

My car had broken down and mycar roadside assist came to the rescue towing it to my local mycar repair store in Wallan. They were amazing! Fixed the problem and in no time at all my car was back on the road. Then it was booked in for my regular service a few days later where they kept me informed of what they were doing so I was aware and had approved what they needed to repair. They are always friendly and happy to help. Cannot recommend the Wallan mycar service centre enough.

Contacted the team to request a review of some issues I was having with the transmission in my vehicle. They were able to look at my car on the same day and provided me with comprehensive details as to what was wrong, including a second opinion and quotes for the cost of estimated repairs. The cost for this comprehensive review was more than reasonable and I had my car back by the end of the day. Communication with the team whilst my car was in their care was prompt and their advice was very much appreciated during a stressful time! Thanks again team.

Absolutely five stars! I had such a great experience with this mechanic. The workshop was spotless and the team were so well presented and friendly — you can tell they take pride in their work. What really impressed me was their honesty. I’d been quoted something completely different (and much more expensive) by another mechanic, but they quickly identified the real issue and had it sorted efficiently and professionally. It’s such a relief to find a mechanic who’s not only trustworthy but also super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
