Great work on the breaks

Very nice service.

Went to Mycar Tweed City with my car running like a bag of @#$%.Within the day Josh and the guys had it fixed and running better than ever which made me happy.The total cost made me happy to and actually charged me less than first quoted.

Easy booking service. I had to reschedule original appointment & there was no problem. Polite, courteous staff greeted me on arrival & my appointment of replacing tyres was done quickly. I'd definitely recommend mycar tyres.

Wiper blades are $170 on pink slip inspection to remedy, where Supercheap blades were $59 and staff weren’t even willing to make a lower offer. I drove to super cheap bought blades put them on myself, drove back to Mycar then they gave me the pink slip. This company are not sales driven or customer focused, Staff are not dynamic, and wouldn’t find a solution to 1 plus 1.

Easy online booking and payment system. Friendly and fast service. Also great that they let you know what is coming up on your car to be fixed so you can prepare for it. Had 4 new tyres and 10 year service done. Highly recommend

If you are a Women, a pensioner or own a European car, DO NOT GO HERE. These are a bunch of opportunistic misogynistic assholes!
They will take advantage of you if you’re a Women, if your car is more than 5yrs old, or if it is European. Their aim is to fail rego & then say they’re unavailable or unable to fix simple things like a number plate light out. That was the ONLY grounds they failed me and then said they didn’t know how to fix. So BEWARE when they claim you have 14 days to get something fixed and show them again because they will make sure they have no availability. These guys are disgusting.
Up until this experience, I’ve been really happy with other MyCar branches in other small regional towns, but after today I will NEVER use these guys again. They failed my rego based on 1 number plate light not working. And then tried to suggest I could cause an accident. F**** Oath. AS IF If anyone has ever caused an accident by only half of their number plate light being on.

No longer genuine.
Have been coming here for years and the guys that work on the car are usually genuine, however, this time I had a near $3000 quote for repairs and tires after a regular service. I got a second and third opinion that both stated there was absolutely nothing wrong that needed fixing.
I did not appreciate the scare tactics used by the service manager to con me.

I took my car to tweed today and the guys in there were great. I didn’t have it booked in and they squeezed me in anyways. Service was great, communication was great
