The team member was extremely efficient…
The team member was extremely efficient and confirmed what was required for my car to be serviced. I was able to book it in at short notice and dropped the car off in the morning and received a call confirming when it was ready. Even explained the call back would show up as a Clayton telephone number ( much appreciated ).On collection of the car was explained what was done and the cost. Excellent service would highly recommend. I've already shared this great experience with all my work colleagues.

Always extremely helpful
Darren is always extremely helpful, going above and beyond with a kind caring nature. Swapped my car battery for me this morning without any hassle regardless of being a busy Monday morning. Their roadside assist service also came in very handy yesterday (Sunday) can’t fault this business. 11/10.

Good service and patient mechanics
The man who I spoke to and who was in charge of my service was very nice and patient with me, and explained my options when my tyres also needed replacing. The work was done swiftly and at a reasonable cost.

I have no bad things to say
I’ve been going to mycar Traralgon for a few years now and they are always very helpful. They are genuine people and it shows!, always willing to answer questions and treat you like an actual person not a sale.

Excellent Customer service
Booked my car in on Friday arvo to get some strut work and link pins done. Darren said he'd have a look on Saturday morning. After the look, he said he could do it whenever I liked, so I took it home and thought about it. Went back the same day and after a few hours, it was all done! Amazing customer service
