The people who work there
The people who work there. They are great at what they do and how they do it. As a woman I know nothing about cars but the gentleman is assisted me explained everything to me I a non-condescending manner. Didn't try sell me something I didn't need. For that, thank you. You now have a customer for life.
To me, that is customer service. Where people are treated equally and not be marginalised by gender/race/economy status. Thank you.

The mechanic have done a great job to my Citroen Picasso. They gave me feedback and suggested me about what to do in the following service. The price is good. One thing that you can improve is the punctuality. So the service can be finished on time, following the booking schedule. And also, can you please send me the invoice and the next service recommendation through email?

Above and beyond, outstanding customer service
The team were absolutely amazing. It started as a simple tyre change after an accident to a lot more work but they did their best to get my car back on the road with in just over 24hrs. They were clear on communication and took time to explain what needed to be done. As P plater new to cars I was so greatful for their patience, clear communication and absolutely amazing customer service. I will definitely be returning for services and will recommend the team at My Car Shell Belconnen.
