They did a good job and at an affordable price.
Only things I would do to make it better is have a waiting area not just a couch and have a car service that drops you home and then picks you back up to get your car.

Excellent friendly and helpful service by Dino. Highly recommend Mycar Torquay to anyone. Service area is clean and organised giving confidence of the quality of service a vehicle would receive.

They fitted me in on a Saturday morning when I had no appointment as I had a punctured tyre. I had travel plans they were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. All staff were happy which is a possibility extra

Wow! These guys are awesome. Dino and his crew were so helpful. Efficient, affordable and got the job done in a time of need. My car broke down 2 days before Christmas and they did not hesitate to do everything they could to get me back on the road. Could not recommend these guys enough!

Deano is a very helpful and thorough mechanic. My dealings with Deano & My Car in Torquay (& this is coming from someone who knows nothing about cars), definitely instilled trust and faith in them providing a thorough job of servicing my car and ensuring that it is completely safe to drive and for a reasonable price. Manager at Torquay was a great help with our tyres. We have been back already for the other car.

I dropped my car in over two weeks ago and got no updates on when it would be repaired. I rang many times but they don’t answer their phone. When I turned up to get my car 2 days ago I was amazed to learn it had been ‘sub-let’ to another unrelated auto service and without my consent and I was given their contact details…can you believe this?! The other place was in the bush and I couldn’t find it. When I rang mycar to get the car back at 9am this morning (given they did not answer their phone all day yesterday) I was given a rude response and told I could pick up the car…but only later, because it still wasn’t there. They told me they would call me. Now 9pm, no call and no car. Can you believe this!?

Great service from Dino and his staff. Went out of his way to provide full tyre replacement & alignment at the best price available in the district. What a shame Company management don’t get behind him and his very limited team & provide more resources. It will be your loss.Most importantly he is a man of his word and customer service is his main driver.
