I have been going to MyCar Toormina for several years now and have had equally great service from every team member I’ve encountered. They always take the time to answer all my questions, explain things clearly (with no condescension!), and offer reasonable recommendations to meet my needs and budget.

Sarah at the front desk provided absolutely exceptional customer service. She was flat out on her own, handling everything with ease and professionalism. Despite the busy environment, she stayed calm, kept things moving smoothly, and even cracked a perfectly timed joke that eased the tension in the room. She’s a real asset to the team — worth every penny and a fantastic personality to have on board.

Kept me informed when parts needed to be ordered and finished the work at the time mentioned. (The only (small) thing that would have made an exceptional experience was if the tyres had have been sprayed with Tyre Shine)

Great friendly staff. Answered all my questions about the service. Performed the service in a timely manor. Would recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced.

Despite being very busy, they went out of their way to attend to my vehicle without too long a wait. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and happy to answer all my questions.

They were able to identify an issue with my tyres and replace them on the spot, to avoid a return visit at another time the staff were friendly and showed me what had occured.

The team at Toormina are really professional and courteous. Led by a great Manager - Sebastian. I have recommended this business to many friends because of the level of service I always receive.
