The whole experience was brilliant. From checking car to picking it up. Best mechanic (Sebastian) truly a legend from the time I dropped my car off to picking it up. Wouldn’t go to any other place. Honest and professional. All the staff I had interaction with were friendly, easy to speak with and professiinal.

Efficient helpful and professional staff who also took me home and pickied me up after the service was completed .

Excellent customer service and very approachable staff

I was travelling from out of town and they booked me in at the last minute, did a thorough check over of my car, fixed any little issues and had the car back to me asap. They spent so much time over the phone and in person explaining everything and put extensive notes on the invoice for me to take to my usual store once I’m back home. They really went above and beyond to look after me. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend!

Ist time using Toormina Mycar. The receptionist lady could not have been more invested in my small problem nor could she have been more helpful.

I dealt with Sebastian, he told me that he would work on it straight away, he gave me a price before he started, I collected the car when he finished and I got a few $$$'s off the initial quote. Overall, very happy.
