Been awhile since the car was serviced, within an hour of dropping off we had a call from the great guys at Golden Grove, telling us some problems they’d found. We decided to fix the main issues immediately, there was no pressure from them, and we have a plan to get the rest of the repairs done soon. Always friendly and we got our car back earlier than expected.

If sticking to regular services on the vehicles log book you get a set (quoted) price once make model Km's and age info is entered. Helps with budgeting for future services as well.

Friendly staff very good at calling and explaining if any other work is required and setting price for extra work. Also let you know of other wear and tare.

Have older vehicle as well which is out of log book services so standard service costs are available.

Always felt informed and never had any concerns after services or extra works/parts required.

I was able to get a car service booked in for the next day. Happy about the info provided over the phone and being able to transfer interstate service details. They gave me a list of issues with the car that I can keep in mind going forward.

Fantastic service from the get go. Was quoted a good price for some tires, then went ahead and had the whole thing done, order, fitting and all, within 1 week. No complaints.

I would have no issues using the Golden Grove outlet again. Company was responsive and dealt with my issues in a quick and professional manner. As the issue I had was small, I do not feel like I could give a 5 star rating as I believe that it would miss represent my judgement of the service.

The guys at Golden Grove are wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and you don’t feel like you are being taken advantage of for not knowing anything about cars. Highly recommend them.

Friendly staff that explain everything as it is. Also their expertise was apparent when troubleshooting an issue on my car, even though the car was indicating a more serious problem. If it wasn't for this, another mechanic could have charged me an arm and a leg for replacing a part that didn't need replacing. I will continue bringing my car here from now on. Thanks guys.
