Seamless interaction from the start. From the initial call with a time sensitive trailer tyre replacement after a blow out on a main road late in the afternoon which required me to coordinate with towing services. I admit I tried more tyre centric providers first, however I am so glad that I thought I would see what MyCar could do after they have been outstanding with my car servicing previously. Not only was the call taker empathetic with my situation, they did not try to push high $$$ tyres (which being a casual use trailer did not warrant) and worked with me to find a solution that resulted in me being able to replace not just the single tyre I needed but enabled me to get 2 new tyres fitted for effectively the same price the that other tyre only businesses were quoting for 1.
As I was only looking for 1 tyre I could tell it was a perceived waste of time to the tyre places I spoke to before MyCar. In that the price started $$$ as only have x in stock and will take days to get in cheaper and cant fit it for at least 4 days. MyCar, by actually listening and using it for good not to drive a sale, didn't hesitate to quote a good low cost price and availability to fit within 2 days which included the tyres being delivered to the centre for fitting. As mentioned for 2 good quality tyres for my purpose.
To exceed my already happy expectations of 2 days. I recieved an sms by midday the next morning saying all done and ready for pick up. Outstanding and the way the team at Templestowe did the work is credit to their customer focus.
They helped turn an unpleasant an event into one that has resulted in a happy and appreciative customer.
Can't recommend the team highly enough.

I am very unhappy, they changed all brake rotors on my car which was checked by another mechanic 6 months ago and was advised they are all fine. for RWC, he said I must change them and charged me 1100$ for rotors and pads.when I asked to have the old brake rotors and pads that was changed, I was told they threw it away!!!!

Ordered and fitted a replacement tyre and made sure to match them with current tyres. Friendly service and happy to help. Will be booking my car in for a service here more regularly too.

Super easy process and very nice guys

Took car in for a service 27/02/25 was charged $436 for service, oil filter, oil and air filter.
I was then called and told all my brake pads and the rotors needed to be replaced. $1051.
I am a 56yr old female who was a motor mechanic apprentice in my 20s and specialised on brakes.
The car has only done 82,000 km and was bought brand new.
I went and bought some brake pads and got a mechanic last night to do the job.
The rotors are perfectly fine.
Total cost $325.
Do not use them.
