Mycar was very professional, provided detailed information and description of my issue. They gave pricing and a timeline prior to begining any works and the issue was completed on time with no additional costs added. Very happy with my experience.

Great service and great care taken

I wanted full tyre change and wheel alignment. Mycar@Tarneit Park can’t do wheel alignment as they don’t have the proper equipments for Mercedes SUV’s. Yet, they still take orders to do so, and on the day, they’ll refuse it !! So, I went to MyCar@Werribee as per their recommendation, and they lost my Mercedes tyre valve covers, which were Mercedes branded, but refused to compensate for those!

Great tyre price from black Friday. When I tyres arrived, notified straight away. Very accommodating with fitting time. Did a great job. Also when I paid received a $100 off my next logbook service. Nice surprise. These guys are fantastic.
