Went to My Car Sylvania this morning. No headlights. They checked it out, replaced the globes there and then. Great service as always. Highly recommend these guys.

I was spoken to extremely rudely and some what pressured into spending a lot more money than needed. When I said no to the extra services the team member was quite rude. It seemed like they had noticed I was a young woman and wanted to make a quick buck. There were certain things that they were heavily suggesting I have done (very expensive) including an engine oil filter which is actually included in the service price. I had a puncture repair that was not trimmed down properly and caused clunking as I drove off. I had this fixed at another mechanic who also noted they had filled my tyres up to 42 psi when it should typically be about 34-36 for my car. I called Sylvania to let them know that I was spoken poorly to and that they didn’t trim the puncture repair to which I was told “well that just wears down as you drive”.

Big thanks to Gabe and Austin! Took my car in for punctured tyres and it was fixed straight away. The guys are always so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back to MyCar Sylvania

I have had work done by the guys at Sylvania a couple of times now and they are always upfront with work to be completed and possible outcomes, recently a Tyre puncture usually a simple fix but possible not due to the angle the nail had penetrated the Tyre, the boys had a look and happy days fixed in no time.
Tread on the Tyre was getting low so would have been an easy upsell for them but no mention only advice on how long the Tyre had left in it.

Really disappointed that I was told my car wasn’t road worthy for my pink slip based on my tyres not having enough tread. I just had a service a couple of months ago from my usual service shop and was told that I had enough tread so I asked mycar to double check. They double checked and then called me back saying it was passable. I feel like they were being dishonest to get me to buy 2 new tyres.

Easy to get booked in quickly, service on the day was completed sooner than anticipated despite making an additional request for tyre rotation. The guys in the shop were friendly and polite.

Honest, efficient and reliable from staff at Sylvania Mycar. Communication is key. Even though my repair seems expensive I had every trust and confidence that I was treated with respect and trust.

I have been using MyCar Sylvania now for a few year, very happy with the services.

Happy with the tyre repair however I did have to wait for some time after the appointment time and was only told that mine would be done 'after the Mercedes' with no indication of time delay. It turned out to be about 45 minutes later.

Very efficient, thorough and professional service

I had a log book service for my Subaru & 2 new tyres, everything was in stock. Found staff very helpful & knowledgeable.

Friendly counter staff. Reliable servicing that was completed quickly. Flybuy points help soften the price tag.

Communication was good and job done on time.
