They always provide services like no others

Great customer service experience. Car was ready ahead of scheduled completion time. I will continue to purchase new tyres from the team at Sylvania.

The guys at the front desk are nice and polite. Unfortunately the guy working on my car took a lot longer than expected or promised and I had to wait around an extra hour and a half. I think you would save a lot of people headaches if you didn’t allow them to pick the time when booking online when they wanted to pick up their cars, I allowed 4 hrs which I thought was a reasonable amount of time for what I had booked in, yet 5 and a half hours later I was getting my car, it’s frustrating cause that’s pretty much your whole day gone.
I have had my car serviced here before with no issues, this time was just annoying and slow

Austin was very professional to deal with especially, after the drama of the IT outage that made their pay system to be down for longer than expected.

First time having a log book service at My Car. Unlike the previous car dealership ones the staff were all a pleasure to deal with. Actually even received a call to say it would be cheaper than expected. There was no pressure to add in lots of little extras.
It was time to replace the tyres but again was given all cost options with explanations about each.
Very happy with outcome and the only regret being that I haven’t been using My Car for the servicing sooner.
