Some issues were highlighted during the inspection, but no accompanying photos or videos were provided as evidence. For clarity and transparency, could we request visual documentation to better understand the faults identified?

I took in a tyre that had a puncture and was told that the mechanics were able to fit the tyre on my wife’s car when she picked it up the next day.
When my wife picked up the tyre she was told that they were too busy to put the tyre on for her.
It takes 5 minutes to put a tyre on.
I service 4 cars twice a year at My Car in Watergardens.
It was a disgrace that they didn’t fit the tyre for her!!!

I visited this workshop because I suspected my car needed a wheel alignment. Instead, the receptionist strongly encouraged me do a wheel balance also, assuring me it would resolve the issue. When the mechanic checked the car, he clearly stated that it did not need a wheel alignment. Despite this, the receptionist laughed and insisted that the customer—meaning me—had requested an alignment.

At the time of payment, he laughed again and casually mentioned that the wheel balance “should fix the problem,” even though I had already been charged for both services.

This experience left me feeling that the reception team lacks transparency and integrity. If you are not completely certain about what your car needs, I would advise avoiding this place.
