Vinnie has great customer service skills, very honest in giving information about necessary services that can wait, rather than trying to sell something that can wait a bit longer and where the customer can get value for their money.

Mycar Sunshine was recommended to me by a friend. So pleased I listened to them and booked my Prado in. My initial contact with Vinny was great. He was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly whilst also offering some advice.
On the day of the service Vinny contacted me after an inspection of the vehicle had been done. He explained fully what they had discovered and what actions were required to fix the problems. I appreciated the time he took to advise on what required immediate attention and what could wait, costings and time frames.
Very impressed with the customer service, honesty, pricing and workmanship. Highly recommend.

It was very difficult to decide on spending more tham the market value of the vehicle but, decision was made and looks and feel good on driving the car. Stil early days to talk about the smelly runing engine, still very strong the smell but, will see what hapend after driving a bit and back for cleaning a bit more of the runing old oil.

Vinny and his team are great. Started going to them when my capped pricing finished at the dealership and they stopped offering a loaner car during the week, and don’t do Saturdays. Sunshine mycar Tyre & Auto have since been servicing my car on a Saturday. They are upfront with pricing and forthcoming with potential issues and advice. Highly recommend.

They fix my tyer within a half hour and I was back on the road thankyou so much.

The manager was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everyone of my questions. Overall great service and experience.

The guys always do a great job but this time we brought the car in for urgent headlight replacement as both were out. They did a service and we approved all extra costs but missed the headlights and we only noticed on the way home when they didn’t work when it started to get dark. Luckily we went to another store who fixed the issue right away. Normally 5 stars but 2 this time. We’ll still go back and will remember to check everything rather than trust their work.
