I have always been with My car at Sunnybank Hills. They did all the repairs and logbook service of my car and I really appreciate how attentive they are to my car’s needs.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff

Had my car serviced for its 120k service.
Customer service at the fron desk was NIL.
But have already paid for it so can’t do anything about it.
10 minutes after I got my car and parked at bunnings. The car wouldn’t start and when it did it would just suddenly stopped. Happenned three times.. luckily when i got it started drove it straight back to them to have it checked again and fixed.
I lost a days work just because of this and did not get any appologies at all for the inconvinience. They should have checked it thoroughly before releasing it back to me.

Quick, good service, with great attitude.

No problems with the actual service or their friendly service. However, repair quotes are always much higher than elsewhere. I had to take my previous repair to another garage as the quote was too high. This time Rice garage down the road quoted me for half. I have asked mycar are willing to price match which they are unwilling to do. Unfortunately this means I'll get my service and repairs elsewhere going forward.

had a bad experience this time, I booked the time, which showed one hour for tyre replacement, so I asked one and half hours off of my work. When I got there, they told me it might take one to one and half hours and they would call me if finished early. But after one and half hours, could not find anybody doing my car and no one was in the reception, after I asked one of the workers, they told me they didn't even start yet. And when I asked them how long still needed, they were not happy to answer me. Also, I've left a message for tyre pressure check and also check up for others tyres, I don't think they checked. When I asked them, they said yeah yeah impatiently and even didn't know what I was asking about …And I actually had some other questions to ask, but they've already shown on their faces saying Do not want to answer! just leaving! … I used to have very good experience with Mycar, but not this shop, sunnybank hills, won't go there anymore. Staff there are not friendly, unapproachable

Great service, quick turnaround, and very customer orientated. Good price, too.

Staff were great but I had to come back to fit one tyre because only 3 were delivered from Kumho and overall spent 2.5hrs altogether waiting for car.
Nothing was offered to make up for inconvenience otherwise it would be a 5 star review.
Good value for tyres with the sale that was on though.
