The stafford workshop 👍 the staff are prompt, polite and listen to clients

Very pleased with recent service of my Kia Sorento. Very friendly, help customer service with ease of booking through to on the day drop off and collection. Was able to get a service appointment within 10 days - it usually took months to find an appointment with the Kia Service Centre. There were a couple of additional items I requested checked / be completed and they phoned not long after drop off with an update and quote for the extra work. I was very happy with experience.

The entire process was great. Booked on line. Fixed price Logbook service. Dropped the car off at the set time. Arrived at the agreed pick-up time to see the Log Book being signed off. Very efficient and the staff were very professional. Will be returning.

Staff listened to my concerns, they checked my vehicle battery "at once". Battery was replaced under warranty, without any hesitation and I was back on the road in about 15 mins! I didn`t have an appointment, I just drove in and Trevor asked one of his team to assist me straight away. That`s REAL SERVICE. Thank You Mycar

The guys replaced my. Tyre with a brand new one after 10 months being on the car no problems at all after getting a puncture from a pot hole great service from the team I’ll be back

After damaging a tyre due to some large dropped rubble on highway, the Stafford team reminded me and then replaced the damaged tyre under the care plan that I had forgotten about. They are an ethical and professional business which is refreshing in today's world.
