Efficient, friendly, reasonable prices, Trev and his team are the best. Been going there for years and i drive from the city to Stafford just so i can have the best service for my vehicle!

The staff were courteous acknowledging me on arrival. Informed me of the extra problems I had let them know my car had and advised me of the cost of parts and repairs and an approximate time for completion. They were finished early , had my car report for me when I paid for the repairs and were very friendly. I couldn’t fault the staff

Quick easy and convenient.
Staff member was very friendly at drop off.
Pick up was quick and staff member gave me all the information I required about what still needed to be look at in future.

They were thorough and fitted me in without any hesitation for a very reasonable price. Thanks for fixing my brakes!

I have had my two vehicles serviced & repaired by K Mart auto &then Mycar I have always found the managers to be honest with their diagnosis of the problems telling me upfront of what its going to cost which in this economic climate is so important especially when your on a pension I have told many people Mycar is the best

Sooo helpful, with great speedy product knowledge over the phone to Patrick at Stafford. Was only 2 rear cheap tyres instead of 4, i needed due to financial hardship, yet treated with importance and kindness. Appointment for fitting was very efficient,fast, and professional. I came to mycar Stafford with a punctured tire and the service I received was impeccable from all members of staff from front desk to mechanics. This made me want to start bringing my car here for a service and when I did I was just as equally as impressed with the service and felt my car was in fantastic hands. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Excellent service, rang to advise car was ready by midday and advised that they recommended 2 new back tyres that were from 2019, gave us a price immediately and were fitted and wheel alignment completed. Once again contacted to say to call and collect vehicle, all to our satisfaction! Thank you mycar Stafford!
