I've been bringing my cars to MyCar for years across different locations, and they never disappoint! The customer service is always exceptional, and they consistently do a fantastic job on my vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality car service.

We had an urgent situation with brake light failure and despite being fully booked they took on the Jo immediately which was greatly appreciated.

mycar, St Ives NSW - I've never been to them before but was looking for somewhere close to work. They fitted me in straight away when I called as my brakes were grinding. So easy to deal with. When some other issues were discovered during their inspection they worked within my budget to get what really needed to be done for safety reasons done now and what could wait a bit. I'll definitely be back.

Adam was super helpful, responsive and informative. Car was done in great time and couldn't fault the communication.

What made my experience 5 star was the extremely helpful and friendly staff and the very quick service. I drove in on a Friday afternoon with a slow puncture. A nail was spotted immediately and puncture fixed all within an hour. I could not have been happier 😊

I stopped at the garage as the oil light on my new car had just come on and the car’s booklet specified a specific oil that had to be used which I could not find in the local servo. A showed the gentleman the specifications of the oil and he grabbed a liter and popped it into my car along with some friendly advice on my specific car and its requirements. Really great experience.

The St Ives are the most efficient team. They make the whole experience of having a car service a pleasure.

Ben was absolutely fantastic, - took the time to explain why a light came on my dashboard even though it had nothing to do with the reason my car was there. So appreciated that he took the time and interest to do.

I was caught short getting my new pink slip. Dane helped me out by squeezing in my car in time. So grateful for his help.
