On time service
I booked my car in a week or two before the service date. They received the car at 8.30 and I advised I needed the car back by 3pm. I was called around 11am to advise the service was completed, I could do with a wheel alignment which I agreed to and that the car would be ready well before 3pm. I received a text a 1pm to say the car was ready. I drove beautifully after the service and still is.

I've been using MyCar StIves for years to service my Toyota and conduct the annual safety inspections. They're always really helpful and provide great service for a competitive price. The 12 month roadside assistance that comes complimentary with my annual service is an added bonus.

I recently had my tyres replaced and serviced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. My car now drives so much smoother, and the price was very reasonable too.
