First time I showed up the gentleman didn't place my booking for a rego check but was able to rebook the next weekend. Staff were super helpful & knowledgeable. Happy to find a mechanic that will service my mini locally

Courtesy of the staff. My car was inspected very soon after I arrived. It was left clean and tidy. Thorough report given to me.
I also had my car serviced in August, the car is going very well.

As always, professional and friendly service today. Standard 'pink slip' check over for registration, managed quickly and minor issues corrected without fuss. Reasonable prices for materials and work. Excellent communication and timings. Very happy to promote the St Clair branch of Mycar. Always good to deal with.

Interaction with the person behind the counter was cold (unlike previous manager Anthony) This gentleman was not interested and jumped to conclusions when asked a simple question about my radio.
I then received a call suggesting that I change numerous parts in the car even though the car is running well.
Service is terrible compared to when Anthony was in charge 😬

Excellent service. Went in today with a flat tyre on the car. The fixed it then and there. Only waited about 15 minutes from start to finish. Thanks again for saving me.

I rang up to find out if the car was ready they said i need a filter cost $75 plus front brakes cost $500 i said no on the brakes ok for the filter and a glob when i paid the bill they replaced 2 filters not advised went to the car some of contents from my glovbox was on the car floor not very professional at st clair looking elsewhere for next service

Team was very helpful and accommodating as I needed to change my flat tyre as a last minute appointment. Were able to fit me in and get it all done with urgency.

The ease of booking and location. The staff at the St Clair branch even though they have rotated staff they have kept the same standards and level of service that myself and my family have become accustomed to.
