Excellent speedy service. Will be coming back for future car services

I had been let down by 3 tyre fitting companies who obviously have so much work on that they can't respond to my contact through their websites. Came across the Mycar website and found tyres that I wanted in a price that was less ridiculous than others. It even allowed me to stipulate a time so I could fit it in with what other members of my family were doing. Paying upfront through the website made me a little uncomfortable but I can understand that tyres need to be shipped around etc. I arrived at my allotted time (8:00), handed over the keys and said I'd need the car back before 10am. I went off and busied myself in the shopping centre. At 9:35am I returned to Mycar to find my car not moved from its park and the same tyres still on the vehicle. I came in and asked the manager what was going on. He explained that he was short staffed and he, infact was from another Mycar outlet and that my car would not be ready. He offered to have another go later in the day which I agreed to. I raced off to where I needed to be then came back at about 11:45am. I left my car there stating that I would need it again at 1:15pm. I returned at that time with my car in the final throws of alignment. Manager get me sorted and back out. Manager very helpful. Mycar website providing timeslots and not being able to stick anywhere near them is extremely unhelpful. Time I saved using internet finding tyres was way less than waiting around for them to be put on. A phone call earlier could have saved a lot of dramas for me.

Very late response and when had a response was told car could not be driven. Have taken the car to another place and find out that the previous service at my car was dodge and not done well.
I've been a customer of my car for years and after change to "new management" it was the most disappointing experience ever. Will never be back again. Good luck!

Promptly completed in a timely manner. Explained everything both before and after. Very friendly would highly recommend. I'm a professional driver doing at least 70000 km a year. It is located in a major shopping centre, a big plus, PLUS it was done in a timely manner and the manager guy (Eddie?) was just lovely. I was told as the nail went into the centre of the back tyre it was completely repairable, thank goodness!
