I face same issue after service which reason i was put my car for repair .
Not a Good diagnosis.
Totally un happy with service.

Took the car in to do wheel balancing, the results are less then ideal with the wheel balance being worse then the beginning. Had to take it to another tyre auto shop to get it rebalanced and found out that the unbalanced wheel has caused some issues. I have noting against the shop or the mechanic, I just wish a better job was done to make sure it’s safe to drive.

Fast and efficient service for a puncture repair . Cost was also very reasonable .
Completed the repair while I waited 20 mins .

I booked for a basic service at $229 but I was charged $299. I was given a report that I never asked for .
Also , when you send out reports You should really read what you have stated instead of coping and pasting . I was quoted to replace 3 wipers on a sedan that only has 2 . LOL!

Once again, great service from the boys at My Car, South Perth. My only grip is getting through on the phone. It took a while and got transfer to the wrong place. Wish they had a direct line, especially for when your car is in the middle of a service and you just need to communicate quickly!

Had an urgent minor mechanical issue and the team at South Perth fitted the car in during the day and sorted it within half an hour. Much appreciated.

Got a good price on the tire by the manager , fitting was quick and the chap who fitted the tire was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

This team don’t have the experience or the people skills to be in this industry.
It’s not about service it’s all about the money they can get out of you .
