Communication was good and I was able to get in within a few days. But the price of this service was more than a main dealer. Used to go to mycar for the price but $815 to service (and nothing else), a run of the mill Kia Sportage from 2010 is too much. Will shop around next time.

When booking the Roadworthy certificate I was told on the phone that if I drop my car early in the morning the process will be 1-2 hours.

I dropped my car 6 minutes after open. I did not get it back until 1:15 (5 hours later)

Although the staff were polite and answered my questions - the innacurate timeframe and moving of times is frustrating

I went into the South Morang store for a quote on my rear breaks, they quoted me on a replacement of brakes and a brake fluid flush that didn’t need to be done at $787. I thought the price was extremely high so I got a quote from a trusted mechanic and was told “the breaks don’t need to even be done and that they shouldn’t even cost you that much” I am extremely angry because, I am a young woman that feels that she has been taken advantage of. So I am writing this message for others so it doesn’t happen to them.

It’s sad because I trusted in MyCar but now I wouldn’t go back there again or recommended it to anybody as they will rip you off & they would probably pocket themselves half of the money you pay them for your car service.
