Good, fast, thorough.

Jon was a wonderful human. So good at his job, efficient & pleasant!

Had not booking and my tyre was very slowly losing pressure. They looked at my tyre, provided an honest assessment. Thankfully it was repairable and didn't need replacement. Had it repaired and back on the road within a couple of hours. Professional, polite, and evidently the customer is the priority.

I dealt with Anthony he was so professional and so so nice, at south Morang

Very impressed with replacing tyre under warranty

Great service, quick response and vehicle windscreen replaced next day after contacting Nick and his team.

Once I left the My Car service building and got home my car wouldn’t start again. I asked the guy at reception and the mechanic who rang me to check my battery . The response was “ it’s fair” . I asked “what does that mean “?
Answer : it should be ok for a bit longer. I had to get my car repaired by RACV because I couldn’t start my car .
The guy who came said my battery was dead. When he took it out the battery had acid all over it . If there not mechanic checked it properly he would have noticed that . I came in to check my battery and get a general service only to leave there with a $1090 bill but no new battery .
I was so disappointed in what should have been a great service . I rang to put in a complaint only to be told that the battery was checked only using a battery testing kit. Then when I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he has gone away for the weekend. ( I rang at 1.45 Friday afternoon) . Apparently no one else could help me . Very bad customer service. Never again

My car got towed and I left it parked at My Car South Morang on a public holiday. It was fixed in 2 days! Thank you to John and his team, fantastic service!

They were good on check in and phoned me to say I needed extra work on my car.
I was a bit surprised because I thought my part was replaced within the last 12 months to eventually told it was 6 years ago.
Good work and thatks for finding it.

Rip off..seen multiple mechanics and they all said same thing yet my car is thousands of dollars above any other price.

These guys are amazing. Friendly, professional, and reliable! Will absolutely come back.
