Communication is difficult when English is not the first language of the mechanic. I don't understand why wheel alignment is needed just to change a spare tyre + one tyre on the car ?. Having said that the job was done efficiently.

I don't understand why you need to do a wheel alignment just to change a spare + one tyre ?, I think it's an unnecessary charge. The job was done efficiently so I appreciate that.

Short notice car maintenance issues are always frustrating, but getting a responsive and professional repair in super-fast time makes an enormous difference. The Rose Park team were fantastic.

I just had a great experience here today. My car was towed there today as my drivers side door just seemed to drop approx 5cm ish as I went to close it (courier driver) I had to stop work and organise a tow there. As soon as my car and I arrived, the guys came straight out and asked what the problem was. After explaining, they went to work on it. The 2 guys investigated and found the issue (loose door hinge) and fixed it. They also checked all the other doors and ensured they were all tightened up. Within a couple minutes they had me smiling again after thinking this days wasn't going to end well. They didn't charge me for anything even upon me asking what do I owe you? They were both happy and friendly. They were also attentive as the listened to what I was saying without interrupting, asking questions to better help them investigate. This also showed me that they heard everything I said. Very happy with their help today.

What a great job in short time on flat tyre inspection and fixing. Highly recommended to anyone who need tyre related service.
