As per other times, they did a great job and continue to look after my car

Receptionist was super rude. He cannot talk to customers properly. I asked him what was wrong with my car and instead of saying just give me one second, he replied with "THAT'S WHAT I'M BRINING UP NOW". That's not how you talk to customers.

Prices are too high.. and the paper work on what needs doing to my car is very hard to understand and wasn't explained to me.

They didn’t check my car battery as it’s part of routine for service I am very disappointed with what I paid for service and my car wasn’t looked after

The team at MyCar were able to squeeze me in on the same day I called, said they would need to keep it over night in order to get he parts, but a few hours later I got a message that it was ready! Fast, efficient and competitively priced, will not go anywhere else now.

Amazing service! All my tyres needed replacing asap. Staff were very friendly and helpful and booked my car in straight away to replace my tyres and do a wheel alignment. All done in just over an hour and at a very affordable price. Very happy customer!!

Prompt repair of my car that was towed there. Tow was free as was the roadside assistance since I get my car serviced at Mycar too. My car is 16yrs old and has been the perfect work horse but needed a fuel pump.

Excellent service

I asked for a basic service but was given a log book service instead which is unnecessary as it’s only a second hand Honda jazz.
There is no proper display of the car service package as before and was not explained to me clearly when I first inquired.
I’ve sent my car for service for few years but this is my first time I wasn’t explained clearly by the new front staff.
