Had my car in yesterday for service usually mycar Rockingham are very helpfully but not this time but were helpfull when taking money but once service was done got treated like crap with a list of 20 things wrong with car i would highly recommend Christopher chitley he was so helpfully.went above and beyond to talk to me i do have to say the prices of repair are way to high

The team at Rockingham were super helpful and thorough. When they identified several items that needed addressing on top of my regular service they ordered the parts in and got the job done earlier in the day than planned. Thanks a bunch

Warning! Worst experience!
Had a car service, new spark plugs, and asked for fuel filter replacement. Fuel filter was inside fuel pump. I was initially quoted $548 for pump. They called whilst doing the pump saying they need a different model, $1,400. We agreed there was nothing wrong with the original one, so they put it back in. 3 days later the car breaks down. They were good enough to have the car towed to the workshop and investigate. The diagnosis was fuel pump faulty. They had the car for 9 days. No loan car, needing lifts and ubers.
They then quoted $1,680 for new pump and free labour 😳. They agreed $1,400. Got the car back and all breaking system warning lights were on. They ran diagnostics and had no idea what was going on. They suggested I go to an auto electrician and if they were at fault then MyCar would cover costs.
My mate and I replaced all brake pads, front rotors, cleaned abs sensors, made sure brake fluid was fine, battery fine, fuses and transistors checked, bracking lights checked, reset system. If I could do that. How can a mechanic have no idea.
1.5 weeks later the car has stopped again in the exact same way, loosing power whilst driving, after they deemed it fixed with fuel pump replacement.
I've had the car towed for inspection somewhere else.
So far I'm out of pocket, $2, 885 when the car was running fine, never had any troubles prior to going into MyCar Rockingham for a service.

This has made things difficult going into Xmas!

Took the car in to have a puncture repaired needed two new tyres they fitted them straight away thanks

I always go to Mycar to get tyres fitted, the staff do a great job and complete the job in good time.
always fit Mycar prices are good too.

Damaged my rims and covered the damage with thick heavy grease. When the grease finally washed off the damage was clearly evident.
