I took my vehicle too mycar & auto they fixed the issue for $400.
I am so grateful with there honestly they were all polite and friendly.

Hi, I was not happy with the services.
I called to book services and my Breaks I told the man over the phone when I booked in. When I dropped off the car I was told I was booked in for the service and not the breaks, I said the breaks need to be done, and I was then told, 'it's okay we'll check the car and then call you I said again that need to be done and their metal on metal' and again told is okay we check the car and get back to you.
I was called in the afternoon saying I need my breaks replaced and 2 new tyers. I said to the guy that I know it needs the breaks done cam you do them but ill get the types to replace next week. then I asked how long will it take and he said a 45mins and ill get a message when it's ready.
I came in to pick it up and was then told again your breaks are really bad and to be careful. i said that's he reason I brought the car in because of the breaks he then said really we haven't done them as you said you will do it next week, I said no that was the tyers. I am very upset as the whole reason was to get the break done and this didn't happen. he then booked in for Monday but I didn't go back and book into City Discount Tyres Rockingham their prices and customer service were great and their prices ended up being cheaper than the quote I was sent from you guys.

2010 Toyota Aurion lost all oil pressure and oil and I contacted MyCar Rockingham. Helped to organise a tilt tray tow truck to their shop and quoted a fair price. Well the good news was that after the team at My Car done some ground work it turned out it was a fault and a product recall.
So a good service from My Car and repairs done by Toyota job well done.
