Great Customer service. I purchased 4 new tires from them and a week later had an accident and damaged one of the tire and they replaced it free of cost.

Good prices and various payment options make it ideal

The man on the front desk was very helpful, answered all of my questions and had a great attitude. Was respectful in how he told me the things that needed to be fixed with my car and didn't push about having it done with him.

The staff are friendly don’t beat around the bush they actually let you know what’s wrong and what needs doing

I was excited when Craig from My Car handed me my keys. Him and the Team at My Car Rockhampton went over and above for me and my car.

Fast and reliable service

Wheel alignment not right took it back within 1/2hour waited again then told that should be better just the same. Will contact them in morning. Not happy . That's 2strikes

Booking was easy, drop off was great and got a call to say it was ready. Only downside is I didn’t get any written report of what was completed or checked as part of the service.

I have always found booking my car in for a service easy and the staff friendly. Upon arrival, its quick and effortless and always have my car back within the advised timeframe.
