Friendly staff but did not do minimum service for example all tyres were flat after having a car service done on my car.

The staff and management are always so friendly and helpful.
I am now a regular customer as I found it hard to find a mechanic that was actually friendly.
They always call if they find something that they think shouldn’t wait to be fixed. Otherwise they let me know when I pick the car up and advise why they think needs to be done and an approximate timeframe.
They always provide a very detailed receipt and quotes. Nothing is ever an unexpected shock.

My experience was that the team were great and was ready at the time they said it would be ready. I would also recommend the team to family and friends.

They pointed out what needed to be done at a previous service, giving a quote but not pushing knowing I had limited resources. Once I had the resources, they went out their way to match the earlier quote despite that tyre being no longer available. Very friendly and accommodating

The process was straight forward from when I booked the required service on line, to handing over my car keys, right through to when I picked my car up. At drop off and pick up time the people I dealt with were very pleasant, courtesy and helpful.
