Great service! Went in for a general service and they found that my tensioner belt needed replacing. They were amazing and have ordered it in and are going to include it in my initial cost rather than having to pay more for it!! Thanks a bunch guys!!

Booked my car in 3 weeks ago for a service, dropped off today 8am, returned at 3.30pm (as I advised) and they had not started work on the car. I advised them I had a long trip for next week, so it was important.
They young guy told me they were flat out servicing 6-8 car a day when they should be doing 4-6, so the question is - how can they service the vehicles properly. They need new management here, and quickly!

Booked 2 weeks in advance, as I am a night worker, drop off at 8, for a rear brake and rotor change for the work to be completed by 12.pm. Tried ringing, rung out 4 times. Only round the corner so went there at 2 pm. Car hadn't moved. Said had hoist trouble. Could've received a call at 10 to say can't start it. Wasted my day.
NOT HAPPY. Never again.

Got my car towed to Mycar Tyre & Auto - CE Rochedale this morning. The guy had just come into work and even before he opened the office he asked me how he could help and said that he will get the paper work done asap. I get both my cars serviced at Mycar Tyre & Auto - CE Rochedale and to be honest nothing is ever a drama. Professional Service, Very Helpful and the manager (not sure what his name is) is so helpful and understanding. He always puts my mind to ease.

First of all staff asked me to leave the tyre overnight as my tyre was flat.
Next day i left my tyre there in morning and then they asked me to pick it up in evening. I went in the evening they were making excuses and told me we can’t fit your tyre as my spare tyre was only allowed to drive 80 KM speed on road. Staff asked me to come next day morning to fit it I said ok I will come back in the morning. Same excuse again we are busy we can’t fit your tyre now. Come in the afternoon. But after having bit conversation they did it. But I got a bad experience.

Really helpful staff, great service.

The mechanics and staff are a really good bunch of blokes. They changed my drive belt and checked over my other requests and was happy to accommodate. Nothing was too difficult for them. Cost was reasonable, especially compared to dealerships. Wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again for any mechanical problems.

Excellent service and great prices. Light bulb replaced quickly and no fuss.
