ran over nail one week after getting new tires and they replaced tire free

Needed urgent headlight globes replaced and they were able to fit me in after work the same day. Job completed with 30mins - thanks for the fast turnaround

They checked my car and the required job and didn’t even take payment as they didn’t need to do much , suggested for reassessment in 6 months

Fitted me in fairly quickly to repair a puncture good overall service thank you

The Ringwood team were very knowledgeable and efficient. I needed tyres and they were happy to price match, so I was able to get them done on the same day as my service which was fantastic. Their communication and attitude was clear and friendly. Well Done Team!

1. During online booking, it asks to input the time in and out. I received a phone call prior to what I thought would be the finish time, to be told that there was more work to be done. This meant I had to wait for almost a further 2 hours to have the car serviced.
2. Minor issue and probably have to do with head office, but to input flybuys at time of online booking, to again tell the employee at pick up time.

I noted something that wasn’t working pre service, they didn’t attempt to fix it even though my car was in for a service. After which I ended up googling how to fix it myself.

Made it easy

Expensive and a bit opportunistic. Feels like they look for problems like they're a KPI rather than give customers an honest indication of what can wait (catastrophize to encourage you to fix everything they find an issue with). Location means it's really convenient however you pay for that convenience. Shop around and you will find quality mechanics who will do the same work for significantly less.

Great service and value for money.

I booked the car in online for 2 replacement tyres. Allocated a time and complete time said 1x hour.
When I arrived at the allocated time I was told it would be at least 2x hours, and was told the online booking system time factor was never accurate.
I explained to staff I was due to start work in 2 x hours, he apologised and said he would do what he could.
An hour later, he sent a msg, job was complete!
Well done!

They were efficient in replacing my 4 car tyres and finished the job in the timeframe they said they would.
