Easy to communicate through the process, well set expectations, great products (Continental), pricing is outstanding. Both call centre staff Sippar and work shop staff were outstanding. Finally the car looks great.

Always give a thorough breakdown on what needs to be fixed and always mentioning their special deals to save on

The phone booking was a bit of a mix up and we arrived at the wrong mycar .But the gentleman there wàs very nice accepted my car and replaced my tyres and did a wheel alignment very happy with the price the time and service

Clifford was absolutely fantastic.
Took my vehicle in thinking it was an alternator and advised him of the issues I have been having, however it was only the battery .Alot of people would jump on the opportunity to take the extra however Clifford and the team at Redbank are honest and very thorough.
Great communications, honest and reliable and trustworthy and very accommodating to all of my questions.

Quick service and really good at communicating what you need without charging an arm and a leg! I’ve always had a good experience with mycar Redbank Plaza - Jason, Clifford and the team are great! I booked in late and told them I needed the car for school pick ups and they had it ready and waiting. Highly recommend 🙌

Flat tyre on Thursday afternoon, call Mycar roadside assistance and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Put on my spare, pumped it up, put damaged wheel and tyre in my car for me and I took it to Mycar Redbank. Went back next day had it fitted for me in 10 minutes. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Work performed was done well, and even completed some extra tasks. Great team who get the job done!

Recently I’ve had to visit these fellas more times than I’d like to admit with some issues, I’m not really sure if it’s the same in the mechanic business but I know it must get annoying working on the same car multiple times, and they didn’t complain once (at least not to my face haha) they did great work, I couldn’t be happier

Particularly poor communication. You'll ring, they promise to call back, doesn't happen. You call once again to find out that they sorted out the problem but failed to fill you in about what the actual outcome was.

Efficient and customer forward thinking as usual!
