I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this service centre. Their office proudly states, "We don't only care about the car, we care about the driver too," but my experience was the exact opposite.
I stood in the office for nearly 25 minutes while the staff member upfront completely ignored me because he was busy answering continuous incoming office calls. Every time I tried to speak with him, it was incredibly difficult to get his attention. He repeatedly told me "one minute" just to jump right back onto the next phone call without assisting me.
When I finally managed to ask a simple question about checking a minor scratch on my car's bumper during my upcoming booking, his response was dismissive and rude. He told me I just had to wait until the service date instead of addressing it professionally.
I have never felt so ignored and disrespected as a customer. Because of this terrible customer service, I have canceled my upcoming appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. They do not care about the driver. Stay away.

One of the engine covers were marked. The passenger’s front seat was left laying back and the adjustments were moved. The instrument panel settings were not adjusted back to the same as they were when the car was left for the service.

Great service from start to finish. Excellent and friendly customer service. Explained what was completed and what needed to be completed next time

Very friendly and happy to price match...the extra value they throw in when work is done eg road side assistance, free puncture repair, brake replacement etc etc is pretty great!

Micheal is switched on and listens to what you want done with your car
Thorough and gives you reports on before and after fitment alignment and keeps record for future appointments
We feel this store cares about your experience and your car
And have recommended to friends that have now had tyres fitted there that we're looking for a new business to deal with that were more thorough then there previous
