The MyCar representatives I've dealt with have all been responsive, courteous, honest and professional.
Booking my car for a service is easy, access to the workshop is ready and convenient, and the work is completed in a timely manner.

The team at MyCar Phillip were able to fit me in on short notice they were also prompt on providing quotes for additional work needed and also managed to get that done quickly.

Connor was super friendly, efficient and generous in the quick emergency fix of my rear light bulb, much appreciated!

They badly scratched my wheels when changing my tyres. Very disappointed.

I turned up at the petrol station with no fuel, a jammed fuel cap a flat tyre and two toddlers. Then some jerk revved his car at me while I was struggling with a toddler and the cap.
I walked over to my car and the lovely mechanic helped prize open my fuel cap and replaced my tyre. He was kind. He was helpful. He was amazing. Could not have asked for better customer service. 6/5.

I had four new tyres install and had other issues to be looked at. Connor was very helpful and explained everything about the issues very well. I have had other services at MyCar Phillip before and Connor has always been clear, concise and honest about the cost and job done or required. Highly recommend MyCar Philip!!

They cant find the problem with my tyre issue. I needed to go to another shop to know the problem. There was no tyre issue but a crack on my wheel which they should have notice when changing the tyres.

We have always had very good to exceptional service from this location, however not this time. We put our car in for a service and told them about the other issues that needed fixing. The service was done but the other issues were just noted and not fixed. We usually have such good service we were shocked by this and my daughter who owns the car is now looking for another place to the work done. I was very sad because as I said our experience in this location has always been great and at times exceptional.

Easy friendly booking; quick efficient check-in and checkout; timely reminder for PUNCTUAL PICK-up; what’s not to like???😊👍
