The prompt response and explanation of what is required and timelines of service completion.

The basic service seems to have been performed OK. However:
- no confirmation that the tyres were checked or rotated
- conflicting messaging about what extra work was/might be needed, and what time the car would be ready, and
- not allowing me to gain a considerable amount of Fly Buys points when paying for the work.

As a long term customer, I was expecting better.

Very friendly to deal with, good service of the car too.
Happy with my choice.

Very disappointed with Mycar tyre Phillip. Just last November I took my car to them because I'm having a problem with my driver window not working. After they did a full diagnosis with my car, they found a few problems that literally shocked me, having my car just recently passed ACT roadworthy with no issues at all. They quoted $2k ++ to get everything fixed. I wasn't prepared and out of budget as I only expected to spend a few hundred dollars for the window. They said that I needed to change the window regulator, change all my tyres, fix the oil leak and the transmission fluid. I chose to trust them and go ahead with it as I use my car for everyday drive and safety is my priority. They held my car for 2days (imagine spending more money for transpo to go to work and anywhere else I need to be🤦‍♀️).
Moving forward, just few days after having my car back I needed to bring it back to them as there's still leaking underneath my car, and no improvement on driving performance at all. Even after having the window regulator changed, i still experience some malfunctions and thinking that it's not actually the problem. Now, my car just got worst making weird noises while driving and especially on braking, making sound like metal grinding.
I'm just sick and tired of going back there repeatedly. I feel like I just spent a couple grands to ruin my car.

Asked for job on sunviser. Wasn't noted done & was forgotten.

The guys at myCar in Phillip are fantastic - truly. My car was a surprisingly confusing case and they were communicative and got me back on the road in no time. Plus they're in general just top people.

Took a car in for a repurchase inspection and thankful that we did. They also squeezed my son’s car in for a service. Tyson, Ben and the team were fabulous to deal. Highly recommend

I purchased tyres from MyCar a couple of years ago. They will soon need to be replaced due to wear and tear, and nearly 80,000 km. During this time I have had many flats and punctures in my tyres. MyCar continues to offer their lifetime warranty and repairs of punctures of the tyres free of charge.
I have been so impressed by their ongoing service and grateful for their prompt repairs.
Definitely highly recommend MyCar for tyres.

Took my car for a logbook service, they needed to keep the car overnight while some parts came in. Then no contact on that second day (a Friday), I got the sense they rushed my car out to me and when I went to drive later that night there were grinding noises.

I left a message on Friday night, was not contacted on Saturday or Monday and ended up calling again Monday morning to get the grinding noise looked at, as well as replace a fuel cap that was a leftover task from the main service. Again my car had to be kept overnight due to time constraints and I had to explain the grinding noise issue to three separate employees over the two days - each time they thought I was only there for the fuel cap.

I appreciate they are short staffed at the moment but it is hard to trust their processes now and be certain my car is ready to drive post servicing. I was also really unhappy with limited communication.

First, the appointment took longer than expected. It was supposed to finish at 9:30, but I had to return at 12:30. Secondly, I asked the receptionist to check the front left tire because it has been losing pressure slowly. I saw he make a note of this. However, when I inquired after the service, I learned that the staff did not check the tire and could not address the issue. The staff member who returned my keys mentioned that the receptionist was an apprentice and may not have understood how to properly note my request, which is why it wasn’t addressed. I also mentioned that I purchased the tire from this location and have free puncture repair and he can not do anything because he was done with my car. That's disappointing me.

I had a rotation balance and a wheel alignment. I didn’t get a wheel alignment certificate showing me any measurements or adjustment that was done.

Great service and lovely staff. Treated me well and were honest about what needed doing and the job was done on time and price was excellent compared to other quotes I’d obtained.

Overcharged for parts, refunded but not professional.
I Identified a fault/damage to the air filter housing after an air filter change.
The staff mentioned it was identified as 'cracked' by a technician prior to changing. I disagree, but no evidence to argue otherwise.
The customer should be notified before and after to avoid arguments.
No solution offered to fix or repair the so called pre damage air box and again I believe this is unprofessional.
