On time and experienced

Very friendly service from all the staff. Car had all the repairs i asked for and the essential service. Was ready the time i had asked for.

Zed (usually at Nth Rocks) is always a pleasure to deal with. Excellence customer service.

Manager and staff did their best to service the car well. Their mechanical knowledge is considered to be important.
It is considered noteworthy I am a long term customer and care about staff and work standards.
Attention to servicing with safety being a priority are important to communicate to the customer when the card is serviced. The current manager has demonstrated this.
Fitting in with the customer's schedule for the service were attended to. (With due consideration to the staff, my personal aim is also to have the car serviced so that it tries to avoid busy days and times for the staff. In this way, a mutual consideration is demonstrated).

Friendly staff, finished the job ahead of time. All you can ask for really. Also more than $250 cheaper than the quote I got for two tires and a wheel alignment from VW when servicing my car. (For the same brand and type of tires)

The guys at mycar Tyre & Auto were excellent. They were able to diagnose the engine issue with my European car, keeping me up to date and using genuine new parts. My car went in struggling to run for more than 30s to running smoothly again. I'm genuinely impressed. They did a fantastic job and were very reasonably priced. I thoroughly recommend them.

Service was quick and professional

Poor service, water coolant started leaking a month after the service. I won’t recommend mycar servicing for your car. Tyres were ok!

Luke and his team serviced the car well and had a couple of small items replaced all before mid day.

I used to visit a dealer because of their extended warranty, but I’ve been coming here ever since and have always received superior service at a more affordable price.

Worst customer experience i have ever experienced. Went in for 2 new tyres to replace the front right worn tyre and rear right damaged tyre. Instructions were to fit the 2 new tyres to the front, take the front left and install it in the rear right. The store manager agreed that was best and proceeded. 2 hrs later he said it was done - 2 new tyres were in the front but rear right was still the damaged one.

I explained that hadn’t been done as discussed and expressed my frustration. He then proceeded to stand less than a metre from my face and yell at me and tell me he had stacks of things in his head, swore at me when i started confronting his behaviour and threatened not to complete the work.

Never have i ever felt this threatened and upset. Their lack of customer service and incompetence was mind boggling. I strongly urge other customers to avoid this store.

Service was friendly, prompt and efficient, as usual.

Chatted to the manager during the booking call and got a quote up front. Reasonable pricing and very easy process to get a regular log book service.
