Good service

the only place that had a tyre the right size and that could replace same day - a bit more than I would have liked to pay but great service.

Great service! I was booked in ASAP when I said I was having an issue with my brakes squealing. Brakes work fantastic now and MG brake pads replaced with genuine Bendix parts.

Store was short staffed during the day I came but they still managed to change 4 tyres very quickly!

Friendly service and had the wheel sorted for me far quicker than expected. Only a small job but the service was top-notch

Firstly, I raised issues I had with the car and wanted them fixed. I was told to book in for 150k. Then all that they did was service and identify the issues.

Secondly, I was picking up the car when there was the massive nation wide it failure. Now I understand that is not the fault of my car. But I was made to wait to hours. Surely with all the details you have you could have invoiced me. Then as the system didn't come back up I had to leave my credit with mycar just so I could take my car.

Thirdly, I am still waiting on my invoice receipt so I know what was wrong the the car and take it to another provider as clearly mycar did not want my service

Good communication, prompt service

We were greeted by the manager Brett, who was ready for us and had everything taken care of with paperwork etc. car was ready on time as promised and we were notified via a text.

The service was performed very quickly, even though they needed to take my car to Coolalinga for the wheel alignment check. I left the car with them around 10 am and got the message that it was ready to be collected at around 12:30.

My Car Palmerston NT always provides excellent customer care and the service is worth the price in a timely manner. Great communication provided for the bookings, reminders and after service. Thank you for keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. Bret is very knowledgeable and always pleasant and polite. I am happy with the feedback provided. My Car Palmerston will always be my go to shop. Last time they provided a free service for me to change a tyre on my car. I think that they are truly genuine mechanic dealers. Above all they don't charge an arm and a leg hence I would highly recommend.
